A recent research study in Japan discovered that a fully ripe banana contains TNF, or tumor necrosis aspect, a substance that has the ability to remove abnormal cells in the body. 

When banana fruit goes ripe, it develops dark spots on its peel.


Apparently, banana that contains more number of dark spots is healthier because it contain more substances that could strengthen the immune system of your body. 

A fully ripe banana is packed with sugar that is good for your digestive system. Unlike green bananas that is hard to digest because of starch.
