Effectively Remove Stains and Hyperpigmentation Due to Sun Rays With This Mixture

Hyperpigmentation is a skin color disorder characterized by dark zones in the skin, and is caused by the increased amount of melanin, the dark pigment of the skin.

Exposure to sunlight, pregnancy, certain diseases, age or trauma can lead to disorders of melanin and create unsightly brown spots characteristic of this benign disorder.

Freckles, age spots and sun spots are caused by the harmful ultraviolet rays of the sun that damage melanin and result in temporary or permanent discoloration. Often these stains can be noticed on the face and arms, but can occur anywhere on the skin that has been exposed to the sun.

Natural Treatment for Hyperpigmentation - Recipe

This is quite a simple remedy which is based on the principles of Ayurveda -- the ancient Indian science of healing.

The lemon will brighten your skin and will cause skin peeling. The turmeric is effective in lightening the skin and also has anti-inflammatory characteristics and will make the skin glanced.

1. Use 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder.
2. Add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice. Mix it well
3. Put it on the affected place and wait 15 minutes until it is dry.
4. Wash away with cold water.

Do the treatment before showering. Until you have clear results, continue this treatment once or twice a day.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

You mustn’t expose the skin on the sun at once after the treatment. If your skin is too sensitive substitute the lemon juice with milk, or rarefy the juice with a little bit water.
