The muscles and kidneys are made of 73% water, the blood is made of 83% water, the lungs are composed of 90% water and the brain is composed of 76% water. Water is essential to our bodies.
Our bodies dehydrate trough sweating and breathing, therefore males must drink 3l of water and females 2.2 l.
