Chia and Oats – The Perfect Combination Of Melting Fat on Your Stomach!

Breakfast With Oats and Chia Seeds - Recipe!

Ingredients:

  • 4 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • 1 cup of oats
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
  • 1 pinch of sea salt
  • 500ml of water


Method of Preparation:

Mix the cinnamon, vanilla, and water in a bowl, and heat the mixture until it boils. As soon as it starts to boil, lower the heat, and add the oats. Boil for a couple of minutes, and remove it from heat.

Cover the bowl and leave it aside for 5 minutes in order to soak. Next, add the salt and honey and stir well.



Pour the mixture into a dish and add the chia seeds while it is still hot. If you wish, you can enrich the taste by adding some fruit, such as strawberries, bananas, cherries, apples, and so on.
